I'm a fan of Scarlet Sanderson's books, and Beg Me is another book in her collection that she has done a wonderful job on. This one is relatively short, but is a full on good story that delivers plenty of bang for the material.Tessa has decided to explore her desires that have gone long ignored and denied. After a scene gone bad, club owner Jared steps in and helps Tessa. She runs from him, and the club, but he tracks her down. He offers her a month long contract to give her a taste of the lifestyle, but what happens when feelings get in the way?
I loved Jared's character, a hot, alpha dom who obviously had conflicted feelings when it came to relationships thanks to his relationship with his father. Tessa is a strong woman, who has demons in her past that affect her relationships with men as well. I really liked this story and would place it in the keeper pile, though I was a bit frustrated with these two and the lack of communication between them, which is inherently important in the lifestyle.

This was O.K. But I felt it was either moving too fast or too slow in places. Felt rushed in places. Was a good story but I felt it could have been so much more.
The story just did not make sense. Jared did not act like a dominant. Tessa had control issues but her reasons just did not make sense. Tessa wanted him to teach her to be submissive and it never seemed to work with her attitude. Did she want to be a dominant or a submissive? The party was just stupid. It was a quick read all over the place. It ended abruptly. I read a few submissive books and this one did not come off as a real one.
The love scenes were described so well that it got steamy. I even grew to care for Tessa and Jared and root for them as a potential couple. well done Scarlet Sanderson!
Gave this five stars as the story kept my attention and then some. This is the second book I have read by this author. The story was intense from the start....you could feel the heat rising up from the pages (screen ;)). Just a peek into the BDSM lifestyle. I am sure there is much more to come. Pun intended.
I liked this book, it was erotic, had a splash of BDSM with out being really hard core, and the story line was good. The sex scenes were hot, and the back story of the two characters were good, but could have gone a bit deeper than they did. The one thing I did not like and why I gave it 4 stars was because it was too short. The story could have gone further while the characters discovered their Dom/Sub relationship, and the love story that went with it. It's a quick read, but the price may deter others due to the length. Ms. Sanderson, this is the first book I've read of yours, and will be looking for others so keep them coming!
